Our foundry supplies valve bodies and pump casings, electric hotplates, stove and fireplace components, alternator bodies and covers for electrical devices, terminal blocks, gear cases, etc.

We manufacture castings in medium and large series as well as mass production according to the standard DIN1686, GTB 15-16, or others required by the customer. The weight of our castings ranges between 0,2 to 20 kg. The annual production capacity of the foundry is 12.000 tons of castings within the ČSN EN 1559 terms of delivery in the following qualities:

• grey iron GG 15, 20, 25 (EN-GJL-150-250)
• ductile iron GGG 40, 40.3, 50, 60, 70 (EN-GJS-400-15, 400-18, 500-7, 600-3, 700-2)

The quality of our production is guaranteed by a sophisticated control system (input, inter-operational and output control) certified according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 standard. The material quality control is done by means of spectrum and thermal analysis, measurement of hardness HB (hardness by Brinell) and, if required by the customer, we verify the strength of the material by tensile test. Further we use ultrasound scan and Charpy impact test.
